In this video we explore 2 scenarios. The first is a new occupational medicine program for a hospital’s urgent care centers, which illustrates the attitude the medical director and providers need to have towards providing these services.
The second scenario is a busy center with an existing occmed program and illustrates how to meet or exceed customer (employer) expectations. Some of this portion discusses clinical flow and procedures within the clinic which may be helpful to providers and staff involved in operations, e.g. not strictly sales and marketing related.
